If your basil plants are still alive, they won’t be much longer. Harvest them and come learn how to make homemade pesto. Then, we’ll use the fresh pesto to make several dishes: salad with buttermilk pesto dressing, pesto caprese paninis and chicken pesto pasta. Bring your own basil if you want to take home some pesto to freeze. If you don’t have any, though, fresh basil will be provided.
