This may sound oxymoronic to those of you that have had Beaujolais Nouveau or Beaujolais Village, but until you have tried some of the Cru vineyards you really haven’t experienced the power or finesse that the best vineyards have. For this class we’ll delve into some of the Cru sites of Fleurie, Morgon, Brouilly, Regnie, Moulin-A-Vent, and Julienas. Gamay, which is the red grape grown in Beaujolais, is one of the most versatile food pairing wines and truly a crowd pleaser. Come taste these Bad Boys for yourself!
