Join Chef Roberto Bernardinello for Festa di Verdure – Veggie Fest Italian Dinner, a delicious culinary experinece inspired by the warmth and favors of an Italian summer.. In this mostly demonstration-style class with some hands-on participation, guests will learn authentic Italian kitchen and plating techniques while preparing a fresh Italian salad of spring greens, arugula, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, and Kalamata olives dressed with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar; a zucchini and mushroom frittata finished with sprinkles of blue cheese; and pappardelle with speck and artichokes cooked in white wine, shallots, garlic, and cream. If of age, participants are welcome to bring an adult beverage of their choice to enjoy.
