Wichita is home to several great Mexican supermarkets and this class starts with an optional tour of one. From there, we return to Mark Arts to prepare authentic Mexican recipes including Carnitas, Enchiladas, Chile Nogales, Chicken Tinga, Tres Leches Cake and more.
