As one of the world’s more well-traveled cuisines, Portuguese food blends European, South American, Indian and African influences into delicious flavors. In this class, participants will make succulent peri peri chicken, caldo verde (sausage, potato and kale stew), plump Portuguese rice, pastel de nata (warm, creamy custard tarts) and more. Beverage recommendations: Vino Verde, American-style lager.
