Why Blend? Well, that is exactly what this class is all about. Blending is a practice that is used all over the world. Each grape has its own personality that brings something to the party. Similar to chicken noodle soup, each ingredient is a part of the group that makes the sum of all parts greater together. For this tasting we will taste blends from all over the world from a myriad of grapes. Must be 21 to enroll. Guests are encouraged to bring food to enjoy with their wine.
