Guided by his philosophy of authenticity, simplicity, and high-quality ingredients, Chef Roberto will showcase the preparation of three classic dishes: Vellutata di Zucchine, a velvety zucchini soup finished with extra virgin olive oil and croutons; Pollo al Limone, thinly sliced chicken in a rich white wine and fresh lemon sauce; and Torta di Banane, a soft banana cake dusted with powdered sugar. Guests will observe professional kitchen techniques.
Of age guests may bring their own bottle of wine, at their discretion.
